Planning Commission supports multi-use path on bridge

Marc Lefkowitz Says:

Here's the actual langauge of the Cleveland Planning Commission resolution of support for a bike/ped path on the Innerbelt Bridge:

A Motion requesting that ODOT include in the bidders package for the Innerbelt Bridge design-build project that proposals include a multi-purpose access for bicyclists and pedestrians as an alternate bid item, with the understanding that ODOT will take no action that jeopardizes receipt of the federal “Stimulus” funds that have been allocated to the project. Furthermore, that Planning Commission requests that appropriate ODOT staff participate in the February 5th meeting of the Commission to begin collaboration on the process for incorporating bicycle and pedestrian access to the proposed bridge.
