- Tues, April 6 - G5 meeting, with SC2019 Ambassadors, 5:30PM (ABC Tavern)

Discussions/Decisions/Outcomes:
- Our two videographers (at Earth Fest 2010) are Graham Veysey of North Water Partners www.nwaterp.com, and Kelley Hynds of Hyndsight Productions www.hyndsightproductions.com. David and other G5ers have already met with them via conference call, and will invite them to our April 6 meeting. Graham may have to leave during part of EarthFest, but Kelley will cover while he is gone.

- GCBL booth located next to ours
- Invite all of our contacts to come to EarthFest at 10AM when the ?Mayor will sign the CC? (photo opp)
- Christina volunteered to be responsible for the kid’s activities and materials (POST MEETNG NOTE per Allan Dreyer: not sure we are going to have space for kid’s activities)
- Molly can help set up (if need) on Friday, but will be out of town on event day
- Need the G5 and all volunteers to identify conversations/stories to videotape
- David to be Event Day’s volunteer coordinator/contact person
Action Items:
- All to think of items for “shot list”. These are the diverse and varieties of stories we want to capture on video, including signing by Mayor Jackson, interviews from businesses, non-profit, faith based community, personal, etc. (e-mail these items to David with contact name, e-mail, and cell phone number)
- Who is confirming with Nick/EDC on available space and/or location for kids activities?
- Michael to get printing quotes (Jak Prints via EDC), and to inquire about sustainable options (ink, paper, etc.)
- Jim to send CC ready art to Michael
- Jim to put together 5 sentences/Op. Ed./Op. Ed. type piece from Mayor Jackson to send to Andrew
- Allan to hand-carry Op Ed to Andrew/Mayor's Office
- Allan to locate left over dressings for booth
- Allan to facilitate booth placement
- David to edit and send SC2019 business card ready art to Michael
- David to coordinate videographer/producer meeting with Graham & Kelley before next meeting (ideally) so input can be given/received at April 6th mtg.; Obtain copy of video "Release Form" for review.
- David to reformat “business card” for poster print, and put on 3 foam core posters
- David to craft EarthFest “invite” for all of us to send to our contacts, and the 700 Summit Participants
- Gregg to send David some text for the above listed “invite”
- Eric to research blank banners
- Elise to send volunteer list to Nick (for admission to pre-event set-up, and for 10 free volunteer admissions)
- Gregg & Elise to put together a one page fact sheet/brief, including contact information for volunteers at April 6 pre-event logistics meeting
