This past June, the energy efficient PNC SmartHome Cleveland became the first building in Ohio to be certified by the Passive House Institute U.S....The house, built in 2011, was a temporary project of the Cleveland Museum of Natural History and designed by Doty & Miller Architects of Bedford. It has since been moved and sold to private owners. The major public cheering and congratulations are mostly over. But the home’s impact will ripple across the state for years...
