  • Seven arts related businesses
  • W. 78th Street Studios
  • Private businesses like Robert Masche Studios, architects developing in the area as well as the Battery Park redevelopment.

University Circle arts and transit village

Neighborhood Connections funded Pop Up City for temporary uses project including a day-long charrette with German designers. Some places grant $1 million for arts programs.
