Farming is an occupation with many challenges, Amalie Lipstreu writes in her profile of a young farming couple in Geauga County.
Lipstreu paints an intimate portrait of David and Donna Divoky, "silent stewards of the land" who've managed to withstand the heartache of storms that collapsed their barn and a stand of maples in their six-year journey toward sustainable farming.
"There's something about working with the land?It just becomes part of you," David says.
