From Rust Belt to Artist Belt

How do we transform the abandoned spaces in Rust Belt cities like Cleveland into "organic" arts districts? Cleveland's Community Partnership for Arts and Culture is exploring that question at "Rust Belt to Artist Belt", a conference with national and local leaders that offers plenty of ideas on how artists and community development groups have transformed urban neighborhoods into places where artists want to live and work.
