What have we done?

The sustainability community of Northeast Ohio is growing so fast and in so many directions that it's hard to keep track of all the activities. Can we take a moment to assess our progress?

You can help us compile a "State of Sustainability" report that will reflect on the successes of 2008 and look ahead to what needs to happen in 2009 and beyond. The GreenCityBlueLake Institute plans to update the report annually and release it at our Emerge celebration in February of each year. This year's Emerge event will be on Feb. 21 at the Cleveland Museum of Natural History (tickets here).

We need your input! Go here to help brainstorm ideas for the accomplishments of 2008 and goals for 2009 in the various areas of sustainability. We're also inviting you to start thinking of big goals for 2019, the 50th anniversary of the burning river.

Send your suggestions here by Feb. 9. Thanks for your strategic thinking!
