Could you avoid storm water fees & green your property?

Bioswale proposed for Tremont's Gospel PressA groundbreaking effort to deal with the region’s storm water problems is under consideration in Northeast Ohio. The Plain Dealer reported on Sunday that cities are looking to form a “regional stormwater agency”, a coordinated approach to handle mounting floods, and to improve water quality.

Here’s more information about stormwater agencies, what they might do, and some very inexpensive ideas you can try at home to slow storm water and possibly avoid some of the fees for your property.
