The first of five Green Cottages is nearly completed, bringing the first buyer closer to her dream of owning an environmentally responsible home. We are on track to meet LEED for Homes Gold Level Certification with a chance of reaching Platinum. We’ll find out more definitively how we are doing with our LEED points when our green rater completes his energy testing of the home. Here's a slideshow with construction highlights.
