Regulatory impediments commercialization of stationary fuel cells

This educational program will feature university researchers, business and industry leaders, legal and regulatory experts, and government officials among others. Topics to be covered include the status of energy regulation in Ohio, stationary fuel cell issues, codes and standards, and plans for future regulatory revisions in Ohio.
