Medical Mart, a good idea?

The Medical Mart: It sounds like a good idea, but is it? Do Cuyahoga County taxpayers really understand this half-a-billion dollar project?

These were the questions urban planning professor William Bowen posed to his class this summer. His students did their homework and found some very interesting answers.
