Taking high school curriculum outdoors

Friends of Big Creek public meeting updates two high school environmental programs:

James Ford Rhodes High School: "Studying Water Chemistry, Biological Diversity and Sources of Pollution Through Field Work in the Big Creek Watershed."Earth Science Teacher James Gazda and studentsValley Forge High School:"Integrating Ecology, Chemistry, Biology, and Art Curricula With On-Site School Wetland."Biology Teacher Jon Komar and students

The evening's program will begin with a brief update on Friends of Big Creek related projects. Presentations will allow time for Q & A. The program will follow with time for networking and socializing until 9 PM. Refreshments will be provided.
