Greening Cleveland Heights' zoning presentation

Cleveland Heights hired Camiros, Ltd. to audit its zoning code with a goal of making it more sustainable. The company will present their findings and recommendations to supplement the City of Cleveland Heights Zoning Code on Monday, January 10, at 7:30 pm at the Cleveland Heights Community Center, Mayfield Road at Monticello. Open to all.

The report addresses the following aspects of Cleveland Heights? Zoning Ordinance and how they could be made more sustainable: general zoning, residential district standards, commercial and mixed-use district standards, accessory structures and uses, principal uses, parking standards, landscape and water conservation, and large-scale development processes.
