Conservation and climate change: Strategies for the future

The 8th annual Conservation Symposium explores the changes we can expect in our landscape and strategies for dealing with climate change, for example, through natural resources management.

Keynote address on Sept. 9 by Dr. Stanley A. Temple, Beers-Bascom Professor Emeritus in Conservation in the University of Wisconsin's Department of Forest and Wildlife Ecology is titled, "Aldo Leopold, Phenology and Climate Change." For 32 years, Temple occupied the faculty position once held by renowned conservationist Aldo Leopold.
