Rain Barrel Workshop and Compost Seminar

Learn about composting and rain barrels!! Rain Barrels help to combat storm water pollution in your community and give you a fresh source of free water for your plants. Workshop participants will construct a rain barrel to take home.Composting is a great way to keep organic materials out of landfills and an inexpensive way of adding nutrients back into your soil.Participants can purchase one of two compost bins at the seminar for $50 (135 gallon or 80 gallon bin); and/or put together a rain barrel for $60 (includes a 55 gallon barrel, downspout diverter and all materials).Register by October 3rd: Contact Claire Posius 216-524-6580x16 or cposius@cuyahogaswcd.org.Learn about composting and rain barrels!!
