Stone Soup Initiative Cooking & Canning Class IV

The Stone Soup Initiative is dedicated to teaching Clevelanders how to prepare and preserve local food. In these cold, slow harvest months, terrific instructors are teaching members of our community a variety of food preservation techniques that can be used year-round.The theme for our fourth class returns to canning. The amazing jam-maker, Lois Rose, will teach us to make a simple, delicious grape jelly. This is sure to be a great class! Please send any questions to stonesoupcleveland@gmail.com.Classes are free (donations are welcome). Please feel free to share this invitation with others! The Stone Soup Initiative is dedicated to teaching Clevelanders how to prepare and preserve local food.
