Alternative spring break in Cuyahoga Valley National Park

The Conservancy for CVNP and National Park Service will be hosting an event to give college students an opportunity to learn about and give back to Cuyahoga Valley National Park (CVNP). The second annual Alternative Spring Break is set for Friday, March 16 through Sunday, March 18. Last year, the inaugural Alternative Spring Break hosted 39 college students from eight universities throughout Ohio and New York.

Students will help with service projects supporting the trails and recreational activities at CVNP. They will also participate in guided hikes, presentations by guest speakers, as well as other campfire and recreational activities. Lodging and meals will be provided for all students.
