Forests of Greater Cleveland

Ever been curious about why hemlock trees grow on the east side of Cleveland, but not the west? Come to Cleveland Metroparks for "School of the Wilds: Forests of Cleveland Metroparks" program to learn more.

Join Natural Resources Forest Ecologist Connie Hausman, PhD on January 27 from 2 - 3:30 p.m. at Rocky River Nature Center in Rocky River Reservation to learn about Cleveland's four physiographic regions.

Each physiographic region is home to a unique diversity of species. Come and find more reasons to love living in Cleveland.
