LEED site tour: Flats East Bank tower
Tour the 23-story, 500,000 sq. ft. Ernst and Young Tower, which sits on former fuel storage for the downtown Cleveland gas lamps at the turn of the century (making it a brownfield site).
The LEED design strives to mitigate the brownfield area while creating a sustainable commercial office building. The project is pursuing LEED Silver certification by addressing additional features such as maximized public transportation, efficient fixtures, green power, low emitting materials, and sustainable landscaping applications.
