A conference that analyzes the urban food movement through a social justice lens.
Speakers include Dr. Monica White, associate professor University of Wisconsin-Madison. Dr. White researches grassroots efforts to develop sustainable community food systems in communities of color, and Malik Yanki, executive director of the Detroit Black Community Food Security Network.
