The Oberlin Heritage Center four-week day camp for boys and girls ages 8 to 13. This session is, "Exploring the built environment: An architecture workshop for kids".

Learn more about the basic elements of architecture, historic buildings and green building through hands-on activities, constructing mini buildings, exploring the center's historic buildings and taking a walking tour of Oberlin.

This workshop is hosted by the Cleveland Green Building Coalition, an affiliate of the U.S. Green Building Council. LEED for Existing Buildings applies to all building owners and operators.  Learn how to evaluate already inhabited buildings for energy efficient and LEED Certification.  Registration is done through the USGBC website.  Go to www.usgbc.org  and click on Education -> USGBC Courses -> Register -> select LEED for Existing Buildings -> Search -> look for the workshop in Beachwood, Ohio -> fill out your registration information.

Fee. USGBC is now offering $150 student registration rates for currently enrolled, full time students.
