Meeting of local passenger rail advocates and those who just want to get the latest on efforts to implement the 3C and other passenger rail corridors.  The meeting takes place in the upper level of the restaurant.

Peter Bane, one of the world's leading advocates for permaculture and local food systems, will speak on how permaculture can help build healthier local economies and the people they serve. A longtime permaculture practitioner, teacher, and editor of Permaculture Activist, Peter served on a Peak Oil taskforce that recently produced a report commissioned by his hometown of Bloomington, Ind.,on how to dramatically multiply the number local food producers and processor in that city.
