Cleveland, OH Join Councilman Joe Cimperman, Tremont West Development and ParkWorks as the community comes together in Lincoln Park this summer for Arts in August, a FREE series of Arts & Culture events. Bring friends, family, dinner and a blanket as you enjoy music, dance and theater free and open to the public. Questions?
