You're invited to attend a half day, technical training session
on Best Local Land Use Practices. A part of the Ohio Lake Erie
Commission's Balanced Growth Program, training will be provided on
practices such as: storm water management/phase II, erosion/sediment
control ordinances, riparian/wetlands setback ordinances, meadow
protection, conservation and compact development, and comprehensive
planning.
The session is being led by Kirby Date, AICP, and Ohio EPA storm water staff will be on hand to answer questions about Phase II. Take-home materials will
include: Model Zoning Ordinances, Best Practices Guides, and
implementation guidance.
