Big Creek Clean Up
Location
Annual volunteer opportunity: Join Friends of Big Creek, Metroparks and Aramark staff and volunteers, their friends & families, and community volunteers to help clean up Big Creek. Big Creek, a tributary of the Cuyahoga, runs directly through the Zoo and Brookside Reservation.
Meet at Zoo’s Palava Hut at 5pm for sign-in, food and refreshments.
Wear clothes that can get dirty and possibly wet. Closed-toe shoes a must. A limited supply of work gloves and rubber boots will be available or you can bring your own. Volunteers will be required to sign a waiver to participate. Adolescents (12-17) welcome if accompanied by parent.
