City Club of Cleveland Friday Forum with Admiral Dennis McGinn, U.S. Navy Chairman (ret.) and CEO, RemoteReality, speaking on “Implications of Climate Change on National Security.”

Admiral McGinn serves as a senior policy advisor to the American Council on Renewable Energy and is an international security senior fellow at the Rocky Mountain Institute. He has testified in front of Congress about the connection between the current financial crisis and our dependence on foreign oil. In his testimony, he outlines the dangers of climate change. He argues that countries/regions suffering from continued drought and decreased access to food and water will increase the dangers of violent outbreaks in those regions and present a danger to the entire world.
