Dr. Cathi Lehn will speak about the Biodiversity Alliance’s role both globally and locally, and the relationship between the invasive Garlic Mustard plant and the West Virginia White Butterfly. The Biodiversity Alliance aims to conserve biodiversity and natural environments by collecting, disseminating, and applying scientific knowledge as part of the local and global conservation communities. It works with the Cleveland Botanical Garden, Cleveland Museum of Natural History, and Cleveland Metroparks Zoo to provide a coordinated approach to research and education. Free and open to the public.
