Youth ages seven to twelve will begin to cultivate their culinary skills using products available at the Countryside Farmers' Markets. Participants in this innovative program will experience the seasonality of foods, meet local farmers and artisans, and gain hands-on cooking skills. Classes include a guided trek through the market with the chef, hands-on instruction, and a recipe to take home to enjoy with family and friends. Parents should be prepared to drop students off at the market by 10:00 am and to pick them up at Old Trail School promptly at 1:00 pm.
