***
Are you looking for a fun family-oriented way to teach your kids about the impact of plastic on the environment, or a fun summer project with your friends? The event is sponsored by the Cleveland Museum of Natural History and Cleveland Metroparks. Registration is now open. To register go to www.lakeerieboatfloat.org.
The event takes place on, September 11, 2010 at the Lower Edgewater State Park Beach. The Boat Launch occurs at 9:00 a.m.
This site is inspired by the memory of Richard Shatten, a former board member of EcoCity Cleveland,
who pushed Northeast Ohio to think strategically about regionalism and sustainability.
