Make your own dog tags! National Night Out is designed to heighten crime, drug, and violence awareness and strengthen neighborhood spirit. Free food and drinks courtesy of the 2nd District Cleveland Police Community Relations Committee and Coca-Cola. Dunk your favorite 2nd District Cleveland police officer for $1.00.
