A benefit dinner for North Coast Building Industry Association's Green Building Initiative. Guest speaker is Aron Ralston best known for his inspirational survival story of being trapped beneath a boulder in a Utah canyon, an event which required the amputation of his own arm, a 60 foot rappel, and a several mile hike in order to save his own life. Aron is an accomplished mountaineer, being the first individual to solo climb all of Colorado’s fourteen thousand foot peaks in winter. Fee.
