Cleveland, OH A citizen's rally on the steps of Cleveland City Hall at 6:30 pm before the 7 pm Council meeting, when a resolution is expected to be passed in support of "Access for All" on the new I-90 Innerbelt bridge. Adding Council's formal support to that of the Cleveland Planning Commission, Governor Strickland, Senator Sherrod Brown, Congressman Dennis Kucinich, and scores of local businesses and civic organizations, may be the last best chance to convince ODOT to include pedestrian and bike access on this bridge as a "design alternative" addendum for the three finalist Design-Build Teams to be announced on Tuesday, March 23.
