By perceiving ourselves as part of the river, we take responsibility for the river as a whole.
NOACA, with ODOT, will host a free workshop on Jan. 18 at 2:30 at NOACA for governments, schools, and nonprofits seeking funding through the “Safe Routes to Schools Program,” which creates more opportunities for walking and biking to school.
