Instead of knocking down the Marcel Breuer-designed Ameritrust Tower and wasting $millions in cultural and carbon assets, this design exhibit looks at alternative uses for this landmark mid-century building. About 30 entries from as far away as Venice Italy, Queensland Australia, Lebanon, and California—plus the big Cleveland firms represented in the original six proposed to Cuyahoga County—have submitted entries.
