As I perused the PD online this morning and saw the persistent, "have you been to ____ (fill in the blank restaurant), I thought, Please, please tell me about a restaurant where I will be eating local produce. Well this is the answer. Good work guys!
Now in NEO, we can ask before we pay $8.00 for that small salad, "Is this produce local?" This is the way to support local agriculture in our region -- that is when you're eating out. My local grocer's produce guys do tend to tire from hearing me ask, "What's local today?"
