Abbey Avenue - proposed ODOT bike accommodation

ODOT's proposed modification of Abbey Avenue would provide 4'5" of striped shoulder (too narrow to be striped as an official bike lane - which normally has to be 5') and 11' car lanes. The photos following show just how narrow this section of roadway is, and why it isn't an acceptable bike accommodation.

who pushed Northeast Ohio to think strategically about regionalism and sustainability.
