Compost tea can be captured from the composter

The decomposition of food and yard trimmings produces a liquid rich in nutrient value for growing more food in a garden. Industrial composters are regulated by the state (as landfills) and thus have to properly dispose of the compost tea in a municipal sanitary sewer or, better yet, filtered through a 'biofilter' (the green receptacle filled with wood chips) and stored in a 55-gallon drum for use in gardens like they're doing at BW.
