Innerbelt frontage road overview

A major, ODOT-approved design element of the Innerbelt Project is the creation of a frontage road that runs parallel on a ridge above the trench section of the highway (see cross section in yellow on above photo).

This site is inspired by the memory of Richard Shatten, a former board member of EcoCity Cleveland,
who pushed Northeast Ohio to think strategically about regionalism and sustainability.
