The herb garden (in front of Gather Round Farm) is built over gravel which provides excellent drainage and root support for drought-tolerant plants. It is cared for by the Thymekeepers (pictured here), who market them to local markets, restaurants and FarmShare Ohio, a CSA which sells shares to Forest City and its employees.
