Artists tell our stories, offer perspective, provocation, and remind us of who we are. In this section we look at the work of artists as they evoke Northeast Ohio and offer viewpoints on our bioregion.
What is our mythology, our poetry, our imagery, our story?

theatre - outdoors in the summertime
carol Says:To the Good Guys - I love how you incorporate the arts as a revitalizing force in the community. Charenton Theatre Group performs outdoors in the summertime - their first performance was, I understand, in a cemetery! I saw them last summer at the Viaduct (near the Ponte Vecchio restaurant) performing Waiting for Lefty with the cityscape of Cleveland in the background. As the play was about a union upsurge (a la Norma Ray) the industrialized Flats was such a fitting setting. You might want to contact the group and highlight them on the website.
