That Promote Sustainability and Collaboration

During the process of developing the application for the Sustainable Communities Regional Planning Grant, our group has documented a catalogue of initiatives and organizations from across the region that can be used as examples or launchpads for better collaboration across political boundaries or the development of communities. 

Knowing what is going on within our own region is the first step to better collaboration so we have decided to create a "living cataogue" where others can recommend or submit initiatives from across Northeast Ohio that should be documented.
