Questioning cities

Regionalism keeps spreading. Now we're hearing that some citizens in University Heights — a city that already shares a school district and public library with Cleveland Heights and is exploring the sharing of recreation facilities with other communities — are questioning why their small city should exist.
In their email discussions they are adopting the slogan "Dissolve University Heights," or "DUH." In the short run, they would at least like to promote greater sharing of facilities and resources among Heights-area communities.
