EarthFest's alternative vehicles

David Beach  |  11/14/07 @ 5:20pm

A broad range of alternative-power vehicles were on display at the 2006 EarthFest yesterday at the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo. Thousands of people were able to check out innovative cars and trucks powered by vegetable oil, ethanol, natural gas, and hybrid gas-electric engines - technologies that can reduce environmental impacts while providing reliable transportation. (Of course, the most fuel-efficient EarthFest attendees were those who walked or biked to the event.)

See pictures of all the vehicles here.
