The Ohio Environmental Council today issued a 65-point action plan for how Ohio can combat global warming, yet strengthen its mainstay industries of agriculture, coal, and manufacturing. The Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority is calling for artists to submit public art proposals as part of the reconstruction of two Rapid transit stations.
