Steve Rugare, assistant professor, College of Architecture and Design at Kent State University presents a discussion of modernist architect Erich Mendelsohn. Although Mendelsohn is best known locally for Park Synagogue in Cleveland Heights, this talk will focus on his major commercial buildings in his native Germany (Berlin especially) from the decade before he was forced into exile in 1933.Steve Rugare, assistant professor, College of Architecture and Design at Kent State University presents a discussion of modernist architect Erich Mendelsohn.
