Green Earth Jamboree

The Audubon Society of Greater Cleveland invites you to the Green Earth Jamboree, Saturday September 26, 2009, 1:00 - 5:00 pm.FREE admission, free hotdogs, free hayride, free children's games and activities.Learn about green landscaping, native plants, green homes, saving energy and much more. Stay for "The Science behind Climate Change and Solutions" at 5pm.Location: Audubon Education Center, 382 Townline Road, Aurora, about 1 mile north of Route 82. For more information, visit www.clevelandaudubon.org.The participating organizations include:Green Energy Ohio, Ohio Prairie Nursery, Dovetail Solar & Wind, Buckeye Forest Council, Blooming Patches CSA, Good Nature Organic Lawn Care, Enviroscapes Design, Green Smart Gifts, Portage County Parks, and Ohio EPA.The Audubon Society of Greater Cleveland is a local grass-roots organization dedicated to preserving and maintaining bird and wildlife habitat, and to the education of our community about "green" initiatives. We oversee and maintain four sanctuaries in the Greater Cleveland area encompassing about 500 acres: 3 sanctuaries in Aurora and 1 in Willoughby.Please contact Alison DeBroux at 330-968-7320 or Sandy Buckles at 440-840-6093 if you have any questions.
