NEO Green Building LEED Site Tour

Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority employed an innovative form of Integrated ProjectDelivery on this LEED registered project which allowed for collaboration of teams to successfully meet target scheduling dates. Come join the project team of Ozanne Construction, Moody Nolan Architects, Van Auken Akins Architects, and Osborn Engineering as they showcase LEED sustainable features and green building techniques used to design and build this new 75,000 square-foot headquarters office for CMHA.Learn more about how a 15-acre former brownfield site can be redeveloped into a viable, highlyfunctional, energy efficient location. Other key building elements utilized construction wastediversion, stormwater reduction, rain gardens, optimization of indoor environmental quality and smart material selection. Additional highlights will include a demonstration of the use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology and a walking tour of the facility.Cost: Local NEO Chapter Members FREE / Non-members $10Space is limited to 40 attendees.
