Stone Soup Initiative: Healthy Soul Sides

Stone Soup is dedicated to teaching members of our community how to prepare and preserve local food. Our second class will be led by Vel Scott, who will teach to make soulful side dishes using "the basics": greens, beans and root vegetables. She will demonstrate how we can live well using these foods by teaching us to prepare them in different & delicious new ways using herbs, seasonings and spices -- making every day a holiday.
