The Northeast Areawide Coordinating Agency (NOACA) host this free, informative webinar at their office on Superior Avenue, presented online by the Pedestrian and Bicycle Information Center (PBIC), as part of their Livable Communities Webinar Series.

The presentation includes state and local organizations in California, Delaware and North Carolina, who describe the federal workshops andhow they have been used in their areas.
