Menu for the Future Discussion Course

Ever wonder what a menu for the future will look like? Come be part of the discussion! Hathaway Brown School's Center for Sustainability will be facilitating a six-session discussion course about where our food comes from, how it is produced, and what a menu for a sustainable future might look like. Each session will address a different topic, informed by selected readings and guided questions in the Menu for the Future reader developed by the Northwest Earth Institute. The course will meet at Hathaway Brown on Wednesday evenings from 6-7:30 p.m., April 4-May 9.Contact Torrey McMillan (tmcmillan@hb.edu) by March 20th if you are interested in joining in the discussion.
